The wicked represents any person who does not have the fear of God; the wicked gives no respect to God and His Word. He or she lives to please himself or herself. If the wicked dare to pray they will pray to devils and demons. Due to the character of the wicked, God is far from them. But remember there is hope for the wicked. On the contrary, God is closer to the righteous and hears their prayers. The righteous are those who are born again; those who have respect for the Word of God and have believed the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. God has allowed man to choose to be righteous or wicked.
