Let us consider the description of the peace of God: it surpasses all understanding and also has the ability to guard the heart and mind. What kind of peace do you want—the peace of the world or the peace of God? As a believer in Christ Jesus you can use God’s peace to judge your choices and decisions. If you make a choice or a decision and you don’t experience the peace of God in it, kindly change it, for God is not with you.
