That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9 (KJV)
The scripture above explains how to be born again: in other words, it shows the procedure to become a child of God. The person who wants to be born again must believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and God raised him from the dead; in addition he must confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord of his life. After believing and confessing the Lord Jesus Christ the person becomes born again and receives eternal life which saves him from eternal damnation. This is the good news that Jesus brought to mankind and committed this word of reconciliation to the church.
