The only way to be born again is to believe with your heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and to confess with your mouth His lordship over your life. This simple act of faith welcomes you into the family of God. The act of believing on the Lord Jesus Christ does not stop when you become born again; it continues in Him. In fact, you are to extend it to the Holy Scriptures by believing whatever has been written in the Word of God. There are some who are selective with what they believe in the Holy Scriptures; that is wrong, because all scriptures are written by the inspiration of God (2 Timothy 3:16). When you believe in the Holy Scriptures, you will that they work for you, so continually search for the promises of God concerning you in His Word, believe them, continually confess them in your life, and see them come to pass in your life.
