Time and Season To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 (KJV)
Time is a measurable period during which an action, process, or condition exists or continues. A season is a period of the year. These two definitions show that everything under heaven is influenced by time and season. In our personal life, we have time to eat, sleep, wake up, go to work, etc. We have a season to celebrate birthdays, grow into adolescence and adulthood, marry, etc. Our plans, activities, and life are tied to time and season; it is our duty to know the time and seasons of our life so we don’t miss any of them.
