The Bible tells us goodness and mercy will follow us. We are not to chase after them. They will come if our focus is on God. If goodness and mercy are not following you, then you probably have your focus on something different.

Father in heaven, thank You for Your goodness and faithfulness in my life. Thank You for all You’ve done for me in my past and for what You are preparing for my future. Help me keep my eyes on You.
