The children of God are the seed of God and therefore are expected to make the right decisions and wise choices. In the area of leadership, Jesus Christ wants His children to make the right choice by following Him. Jesus Christ is the greatest leader in the whole universe, so when you follow Him and His teachings, you have clearly made the right choice. Through His teachings, you will be able to identify the right church and right pastor to follow. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Body of Christ, so He is responsible for training and ordaining pastors for His church. Be careful though, because there are many blind leaders in the world claiming to be called by God to preach the gospel. Do not be deceived; if you follow a blind leader, you will fall into a ditch.
