Thy Youth Is Important

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 1 Timothy 4:12 (KJV)

The youth are people who, by virtue of the body’s natural development, have entered into adulthood and are therefore grappling with the changes that are taking place in their body. It is therefore easy to ignore them and attribute their deeds to youthful exuberance. The only way they cannot be ignored is that illustrated by the apostle Paul. When young people are filled with the Word of God and this manifests in their conversation, giving, faith, holiness, and spirit, they are celebrated, respected, and honored. Dear reader, are you a youth? Let no man despise you. Share your thoughts here!
