Christian managers and bosses have many opportunities to witness Christ in the corporate or secular world. One could say that they make effective missionaries or tentmakers in their workplace because they have access to people where they are working. Managers and bosses are leaders in the corporate world, meaning they lead the people under them. That is why they are called “boss”. Bosses influence their subordinates, which they can utilize for the kingdom of God. For example, as a boss, you can ask your team to start with a devotional before each weekly meeting.
